Shipping Policy

Please verify that your address is correct -  The shop does not refund or re-ship orders with addresses that were input incorrectly. If you notice that your address was entered incorrectly please email pealilyrose@gmail.com immediately so we can change the address prior to shipping. Once your order has processed and reached shipment status we are no longer able to make updates.

How long does it take for orders to ship?

Orders ship out USPS First Class or Priority Mail within 10-12 business days unless otherwise stated via the product description.

  • Processing Time (order creation period) - within 8-10 business days unless otherwise stated

  • Shipping Time (time in transit once it's shipped) - 3-5 business days

  • Total Time (processing + shipping) - up to 12-15 business days

    *PeaLily Rose is not responsible for shipping delays once the order has been dropped off to USPS. These times can vary depending on holiday schedules, USPS issues, etc...

PeaLily VIP Monthly Subscriptions
The package ships out the 12th-15th of every month. Shipping time is typically 3-5 business days via USPS.

Did you receive a damaged product?
Please email pealilyrose@gmail immediately. Include a photo of the damage and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Want to track your package?
Once your shipping label is created, you will be sent an email. The email will include your USPS tracking #. Use this number to track your package until delivery. You will also receive an email when your order has been delivered.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Please allow 6-8 weeks for your shipment to arrive.  International packages take longer because they must go through customs leaving the United States and entering your country.

Please note: Import duties, taxes, and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

Return & Exchange Policy

We work hard to make sure that every order is shipped out and sent in high quality for our customers. Please understand colors may appear differently than how they appear on your monitor. Due to the nature of our products, refunds and exchanges are limited.
 

RETURNS + REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds or exchanges. In the event that your package was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so that we may rectify the situation as soon as possible.

If your order is incorrect, The PeaLily Rose Stationery Co. will work with you to correct the order. 

Physical product returns are considered on a case-by-case basis. Occasionally a pre-paid shipping label will be issued for returns. However, approved returns by customer request will be refunded minus the shipping fee as well as be subject to a 10% restock fee. 

    

For all granted physical returns utilizing PAYPAL - orders will be refunded less a 3-4% transaction fee based on location.

Please note that custom orders are not eligible for return due to the nature of the product unless there is an error done by The PeaLily Rose Stationery Co.

Digital products cannot be returned/refunded do to the nature of the product. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS

Buyer is responsible for any customs, fees, or tariffs associated with international shipping. Declared values will not be modified on international orders, so please make note when checking out.  NOTE - CUSTOMS fees vary by country and are based on the ITEM COST - sale price is not taken into consideration for some countries so please keep this in mind when checking out.  The total on the customs forms is reflective of the item base cost NOT including sale or coupon application. PeaLily Rose is not responsible for customs charges and it is the buyer's responsibility to make sure they are purchasing with this in mind.  

Shipping rates are contingent upon market rates and may increase over time.  

Shipping policies are listed under the "shipping FAQ" portion of the website.  By purchasing, you agree to and accept our shipping policies and procedures.  

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

PeaLily Rose reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason, (i.e. - items that may go out of stock, pricing errors, declined credit cards, suspected fraud). We may terminate your membership, without notice, for conduct we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or our policies, is harmful to our business interests, or for an inactive account.

Once an order is placed, processing starts shortly thereafter.  For this reason, cancellations are not guaranteed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email that will include your tracking information.  

For all granted order cancellations utilizing PAYPAL - orders will be refunded for  3-4% less due to the transaction fee based on location. 

ORDER PROCESSING:

The current processing time for orders is approximately 3 weeks. This includes the creation of your product, ordering of materials, and shipping to you.  

 

CUSTOM ITEMS POLICY

All custom items will be confirmed by the customer via digital proof. When you place your purchase you are confirming that the customization is spelled correctly.

Verify your address!  Refunds and reships are NOT granted due to the wrong address being entered. If you do enter the wrong address make sure that you alert us before your order reaches shipment status. Once your order has shipped we are no longer able to make changes. 

In the event that you must return an item your refund will be processed once the item is received. Refunds are processed in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.
